About the Project

Currently, the existing Seabright-Rumson Bridge, located on the border of Seabright and Rumson, NJ, is in failing condition and in need of replacement. The decay of the bridge has been escalated due to weather conditions common to the area in addition to the exposure of the steel to salt water. The bridge is crucial as it is one of only three bridges that provides access to Seabright from the adjacent town of Rumson.
