Engineering Schedule

In order to better organize, the team created a schedule for work that will be completed in the fall and spring semesters (Figure 1 and Figure 2). This allows the team to gauge the percentage of the project that is completed, as well as manage to stay on task and not fall behind. Additionally, tasks that have to be completed before the start of next tasks are shown which helps better organize and allow for time management, especially when there are multiple aspects of the project being worked on at the same time.


On the left side of the image, each task is listed with the number of days to complete the task followed by the start and end date. On the right side of the image, a ghant chart shows the tasks.

On the left side of the image, each of the tasks to be completed in the spring semester is listed, as well as the amount of time required to complete each of the tasks. The start and end date from each task is then shown. On the right side of the image, a ghant chart showing each of the tasks and their durations is shown.
